Our Story

Omnium Global is the parent company of an integrated group of life sciences businesses focused on building, investing in and advancing biotechnology companies.

Since 2017, we have assembled experienced operators and PhD-level experts across biopharma, vaccines, medical technologies and advanced therapeutic platforms. Through our specialized operating companies, we combine venture investment, executive leadership, technical development, commercial intelligence and proprietary technology development.

Omnium Global is the parent company of four specialized life sciences businesses:

Omnium Ventures

Our venture studio and investment arm. Omnium Ventures selectively partners with emerging biotechnology companies by investing capital, executive leadership and hands-on execution capacity. We work alongside founders as co-builders and long-term partners, with our success aligned with the value created by the companies we support.

Omnium Biotech

Our CMC and technical development company. Omnium Biotech supports the development, scale-up and manufacture of biologics, vaccines and advanced therapeutic platforms through bioprocess development, CDMO and supply-chain strategy, GMP readiness and regulatory planning.

Omnium Intelligence

Our market intelligence and commercial strategy company. Omnium Intelligence provides the evidence, analysis and strategic insight required to assess opportunities, understand markets, position technologies and make better investment and development decisions.

Omnium Research

Our proprietary technology and product development company. Omnium Research develops AI/ML tools, decision-support engines and digital platforms designed to accelerate life sciences research, evaluation, planning and execution.
